Delete your PathPro AI account

For the PathPro AI: Career Coach app on Google Play and the App Store. You can delete your account, and the data that goes with it, at any time.

In the app

  1. Open PathPro AI and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Under Account Actions, tap Delete Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account again to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. Deleting is permanent.

By email

Can't open the app? Email support@pathproai.app from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

Cancel PathPro+ first

Deleting your account doesn't cancel PathPro+. Cancel it first, or the store will keep billing you.

On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, PathPro AI, Cancel subscription.

On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, PathPro AI, Cancel Subscription.

What we delete

  • Your account: your email address, name and sign-in details
  • Your profile: age range or date of birth, city and country, education and work background, gender and profile photo
  • Your questionnaire answers, Thinking Style result and career matches
  • Your plan and progress: lessons, streaks, badges and challenge scores
  • What you wrote or saved: lesson answers, journal, project work, resume text, saved jobs, tailored resumes, cover letters and interview practice
  • Your Feature Requests board posts, comments, votes, reports and blocks
  • Our records of your PathPro+ subscription

What we keep, and for how long

  • Backups: copies in our backups are gone within 30 days.
  • The law: we keep something longer only when the law requires it.
  • Analytics and subscription records: deleting in the app doesn't yet remove your Mixpanel analytics profile (your email address and name) or your RevenueCat subscription record. Email support@pathproai.app and we'll delete both within 30 days.
  • Crash reports: Sentry deletes them automatically within 90 days.
  • AI requests: OpenAI may keep what was sent to it for up to 30 days to check for abuse, then deletes it.
  • Google Play and Apple keep their own records of your purchases under their own policies.
